Risk classification

Each economic activity is classified by level of risk based on the type of work the employees do. This classification determines the premium that the employer must pay.

Get your Policy Validity Certification!

Every employer with a permanent policy must file their Payroll Declaration corresponding to the period from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 to obtain their Certification of Validity. It is required to demonstrate that your policy is up to date. File from July 1 to August 15, 2025, with an extension available until August 30, 2025.

CFSE makes its services accessible to the deaf community in Puerto Rico
The CFSE has strengthened its commitment to inclusion by offering sign language services for the injured and employers of the deaf community. This includes hiring professional interpreters and training more than 60 employees in sign language, ensuring adequate and effective care in all its offices and events.

CFSE exceeds $17 million in collections before the end of the fiscal year
The CFSE achieved a significant increase in revenue, raising more than an additional $17 million compared to the previous year. This increase is attributed to new strategies implemented, such as the 2024-2025 Effective Collection Plan and a plan to notify employers with deadlines to expire. The goal is to exceed $800 million in collections before the end of the fiscal year.
