Regulations to Govern Workers' Compensation Insurance

• This regulation provides the benefits contemplated in the Workers' Compensation System Act to the owner of any business, industry or individual employer who works full time in that business or industry and whose gross income does not exceed one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars. In addition, it provides the medical and hospital benefits provided by this Act to any natural person who appears to be a trucker carrying aggregates under the provisions of the Act, who is dedicated to providing or providing services in the transportation of cargo for payment on public roads in Puerto Rico, with the authorization of the Public Service Commission.
